It appears as though you are not able to bid until you click to leave a comment. Should this be happening?

UPDATE: looks like it is a problem with particular themes. However, still might be nice to be able to bid from "teaser" view.

Due to the way Ubercart draws store-related controls, this might not be possible, at least not without more work than I'm willing to contribute on this matter. But once I start working on UC Auction again - which should be soon; the client's ready to go into crunch time soon - I'll look into it.

jryanzambon: It looks like this is possible. Please try this: Go to Administer > Store administration > Configuration > Product settings and check the "Enable Add to cart forms in product node teasers" box. That should add the auction controls to products in teaser view, though you may have to sprinkle on some CSS in order to make them behave graphically. Let me know if this works for you.

It added the auction box to the teaser view, but you still are not able to place a bid through it until you get to the full node view.

darn, so there is just no way to place a bid from the teaser view? or a custom view? That would be good.

I second the request... Would love to see this feature... Meanwhile, will try to take a shot at it myself but am still a relative noob. From Galbert's assessment, it may take slightly longer for me to implement.
