The function comment_link() does not include the proper block comment, and thus its documentation on api.drupal.org is empty. Attached patch fixes that by cleaning up the formatting.

In the future though if you see issues like this, consider tagging them as "Novice" so that some of our new contributors can tackle them. We could use your mighty brains on thornier issues, and there are not nearly enough issues at http://drupal.org/patch/novice. :)
