Hey all,

I'm building a real estate listings site where users may post a node for their home that they are trying to sell (for sale by owner). They pay X dollars to be able to list their home, and then they have the ability to post 1 node of their home. Here's an outline of how I had planned to do this.

CCK and Views to display the listings
CiviCRM to manage the users (CIVImember actually) with paypal taking the payment
Once user has paid, they can create their listing with photos and text, num CCK fields
Using Views etc, people looking to buy a home may search the nodes by city, st, etc

Here's where I'm hitting a wall: I don't know of any way to only allow users to post 1 listing - once they are a user, they can post as many nodes as they want(?). Basically, I have to do something that will make it so that they can edit their listing at any time, but they can only have one listing.

Any guidance as to what modules I might also need, or suggestions for a better workflow or method of accomplishing this will be greatly appreciated.

use UberCart and the pay-per-node system and they can fill out the form and then when theyre done it will bring them to UberCarts checkout funcon after they pay it will be published to the website and s searchable
