Hi,

I believe that people are using switchtheme for two reasons:

  1. To allow their guests to use the theme they like
  2. To showcase the theme they created

And for the 2nd reason, I think it may be useful if we also display the link to the theme project page so people can go and download it right away.

It could be something like the switchtheme block on this page.

I'm marking this won't fix, because I predict that no one will ever implement this feature. If you want to, feel free to post a patch and re-open this issue.
