After I installed this module for the first time, I get this error:
user warning: Duplicate entry 'F j, Y - g:ia' for key 2 query: INSERT INTO wrddate_format (format, type, locked) VALUES ('F j, Y - g:ia', 'medium', 1) in /home/arencambre/drupal6/includes/common.inc on line 3422.

In case it matters, this is an upgraded database from D5. I had CCK Address installed when it was version 5. The CCK Address content is orphaned as there is no D6 CCK Addresses.

Unfortunately I have no way to reproduce your error. Addresses has nothing to do with a wrddate_format table and as such I suspect that this is related to something else going on in your system.

If you are experiencing issues with the functionality of the Addresses module or are receiving other error messages related to the Addresses module please open a new issue with those issues.
