CCK Addresses is clearly abandoned. See http://drupal.org/project/cck_address showing no progress on D6. Also see http://drupal.org/node/381502, http://drupal.org/node/279002, and http://drupal.org/node/266854.
If there's any doubt in my argument, then look at http://drupal.org/project/addresses. It gives CCK Addresses no more reason to exist.

Maybe that is the case, but there is a process for abandoned modules and you are not following it... http://drupal.org/node/251466
Moving issue to proper queue - now we wait 2 weeks.
