Add Record Type as an option for salesforce lead field [#404442]

In the salesforcewebform_fields.inc file add a new line for the 'RecordType' => ' Lead Record Type'. It might make it a little easier for lead assignments with SFDC.

Also... what is the 'AccountName' => 'Account Name' used for? I don't see it as a field in the leads object within SFDC

I agree that it might be a good move to add that as a standard field.

Not sure what the AccountName is for though. That might be who the Lead is assigned to in SF?

AccountName may have a been a key before, not sure where I got it from. I've removed it & included RecordType. I've committed to CVS, but won't release a new version for a couple days in case anything comes up.
