I have Drupal 6.10, with the latest stable modules:
ACL / Content Access, Adsense, Captcha, Event / Signup, Image, Nice Menus, Profile Privacy, Tac Lite, Ubercart / Donation Products, Views, Weather
If the Donation Product module is turned on, when I click on any catalog category in my store I get a warning at the top of each page containing products (not just donations), and some of the products (not donations) have no 'Add to cart' buttons:
warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'uc_product_add_to_cart_form::uc_product_add_to_cart_form' was given in /home/standrew/public_html/includes/form.inc on line 366.
This warning is repeated for the number of times that there are products (not donations) on the page.

I am also experiencing this in the D5 version of the module. Same as reported in http://drupal.org/node/369890

The version for this issue is flagged for 6.x-2.0-beta1, does this issue still exist in either beta2 or the latest dev release?
