No Status shown on action page

Hi jrbeeman,

Thx for your module, it looks great... but I ve a small problem, i can't add action to change the status of a signup...

Step to reproduce:
--------------------------

1)Adding status
-----------------------
go to admin/settings/signup_status and click on the "add status code" tab.
Chose a name ...
Click Save.

2)Adding actions
----------------------

When I Create a new action to change the status of a SignUp (/admin/settings/actions),

I chose Alter signup status Then i clik on "Create".

On the "Configure an advanced action" page,
the selectBox of the "Signup status" is empty...

...

You will have probably already notice that .... but it was just in case ...
