Titles do not save on first attempt

When saving group titles, the save does not take effect. Also, there is no message as to the success or failure of the changes. Making the change a second time causes the change to take effect. In practice, we've worked around this by making a single change, hitting save - then making the change again along with whatever number of other changes. All changes are carried through the second time.
