Beta 2 version of the petition module.
This release includes:
a) the correction of spelling errors: Address is now correctly spelled - thanks bomarmonk
b) The adaptation to the new version of IP2CC and countries_api modules by mrfelton
c) The selection of countries in case of geographic restriction is now done with a select instead of checkboxes. This is simpler.
d) Petition creators can decide in the advanced settings whether they want to show the signature page or not.
e) The count of signatures is shown in the links. If you theme the petition by adding a node-petition.tpl.php file to your theme, you can include the number of signatures with the variable $signature_count
f) In the list of display fields, it is possible to choose "position", which is corresponds to the position of the signature (order of arrival)
g) The petition page include a sorting table
