When i user wants to create a new node i would like them to click on "new page" and have the body of it pre-filled with some html so they can just add and change the things they need.
I could do this using forums and having them fill stuff out but i want it more formated and html will work just fine I have FCK editor running so the HTML shows up as rendered.
is there any way of doing this, I have searched this site as well as google and i am not finding any thing.

I installed the module i am a bit confused on what to do next.
I was able to get almost what i wanted with using a multi line field with the html in it, it shows correct in fck editor but when you publish the page it just shows all code.
if you could give a starting point i should be able to take it from there.
thanks for all the help.
Hi - and my apologies!
I completely misunderstood the description of the node_form_template module - it provides a way to template the entry and edit forms for nodes, but not for the content of a node. So unfortunately I can't help further. I am truly sorry to have misled you in this...
I have searched a bit, and this issue in the Drupal core issue queue is another recent request very similar to yours. It seems that this functionality still has to be built for Drupal...
Again, my apologies for writing complete rubbish:-((
DefaultTextForNode
