Membership Module

Hello, I'm building a community site using drupal 6. The first thing my client wants is to sell membership. He wants to publish blogs, articles how to, etc... but some of the material, he wants to make available for the paid subscribers. He also wants to sell products trough the website. I am setting up the store using ubercart. Is there any paid subscription module to allow certain content and get a discounted price for paid subscriber when they buy products?
