Release notes

Relatively stable Drupal 6 version of new Petition module.
Please test and report.

There are added features if you use it together with the IP to country module

mrfelton is currently porting the IP to country module to Drupal 6 and I recommend you use the development snapshots rather than the beta version so far. That way you will fully appreciate the petition module.
