Issue Summary
Or I don't know how to set it up properly.
I've installed it (tried the beta version as well with same result).
Once I set up the action we have had inconsistent results in having it send email, and there is no confirmation that email is ever sent but some users have received it while others (of the same role) have not.
Am I missing a step someplace?

Now, I don't use this module just yet, but I'm writing to suggest that you maybe bumping into your host's outbound email limit.
One of my host has a limit of 200/day while another has a limit of 500/hr. One host indicated that after the 200 was met they will accept the mail and NOT error (I believe this to be terrible policy.)
I'm trying to figure out how I can bulk mail all my users with a module that will allow me to set a max send per hour so that I don't have to worry about this.
