Description
Using the the 4.7 beta release, a XAMPP setup with Apache 2.0, PHP 4.4.1, MySQL 4.1, running on Windows XP local test box.
When creating a block at ?q=admin/block/taxonomy_block, the block doesn't save.
I created the MySQL tables and installed the module correctly, but when I hit "Create Block", the block isn't created.

i'm cleaning up the issue queue and since there hasn't been any follow
up on this issue it seems save to assume it's been resolved.
