What *slide* module is this? (Drupal 6)

Can anyone tell me what slide module is this, the second block on the left sidebar?

Not sure it is a module though Views Rotator comes close.

I found something called Views + Views Slideshow, maybe this is it?

That is another approach but not the one use on the site you referenced (the referenced site is not using a view to create the block).

Rotor Banner seems to require quite a lot of modules: jquery_update, jquery_plugin, upload_element, views

I just tried Rotor Banner, I believe this is the one esw.org is using.
