User views attached to node (viewfield): Send current node by email?

I'll try viewfield and let you know how that could work.

In order to achieve what you want here, some plumbing has to be done behind the scenes:

* When you create a node containing the viewfield, specify that %nid should be passed to the view as argument.
* A new action should be programmed to send email to the passed users and to access the nid argument above. Specifically, the action function would look like this (plus the error checking):

  $node = node_load($nid);
  $email_to = $user->mail;
  // now you have the node and the email address, you can send your email.

There is unfortunately no action that does this out of the box. I made small changes to VBO to make that scenario above work, so you'll need the latest dev version (available 12 hours from now) to try it.
