Hi,

I appreciate the help, I'm fairly new at this. I've created some content using the lemontwist theme. Now I would like to know how to remove all of the configuration options so when someone visits the site, they cannot see the admin navigation or the view and edit tabs in the content sections....Also, I would like to replace the area that now contains the admin navigation menu with some different content...Thank you for your help, Im sure it is something very basic but I have not been able to figure it out.

The admin navigation and View/Edit tabs will not appear for your regular users (unless you give them Admin or Edit privileges). Try logging out of admin and reloading the page as an anonymous user. The page should look as you desire.

I had my permissions granted which is why it looked the same either logged in or out......Now is there a way to hide the login box so regular site visitors dont see it? Also, how can I place content where the block now containing admin menu is? (right sidebar on lemontwist theme) Thank you so much, I really appreciate the insight.

Just disable the login block. You will have to login to your site by visiting www.yoursite.com/user though.

To put content on the sidebar you can make a block and place it there. Blocks are in the Site Building menu on the admin page.

If you're not using clean urls, the url is http://example.com/?q=user.
