Time variables (tested with "month/Monat") appear to be required to remain English. Renaming "Monat" back to "month" fixed it for me.

Do you mean this is a bug in "Quota by role"?

The module itself works fine for me. Installed, tested -> worked. Then imported the translation -> module stopped working.

Had to reverse the translation above for it to work again in my specific case.
