This patch extends the subscription options that appear on nodes (whether they are in the block, the node form, node links etc) by including options to subscribe to any tags on the node which are within enabled notification vocabs.

Working for me so far.

Applied the patch with some changes, updated for latest -dev.

Now we can enable/disable each subscription type this really makes sense (It was a problem before if there were too many terms)
