Is it possible to vote multiple times by admin and only admin? I am doing some rankings, and if say they win a competition, their ranking goes up. Naturally if a team wins multiple times, multiple votes will be available. Is this possible?

No more features to 5.x, please take a look to the update on the project page, now 5.x is not-really-maintained.

not possible and IMHO out of the scope of the module
