Issue Summary
After clicking on the + sign, why does it not show up as 1 vote? It still shows up as 0, even after reloading the page. But the vote was counted anyways at the vote summary page. I set it so I can vote once after every 1 sec. Could that affect it?

Yes, I believe Anonymous Voting is for sure BUGGED... You press 1, it shows 1... then you refresh page, and it disappears.... (I had this experience in 6.x version)
