problem with tablemanager

I installed TableManager, imported a table using csv.. everything looked fine. I went to set up the columns that I want sortable. When I go to save changes, I get this displayed at the top of my screen.. and nothing is changed:

this looks like a bug.. but maybe I'm doing something wrong?

anyone have this happen?
