I don't know why but on my site (www.cinemacuore.com - Italian Cinema in Turin - images modified version of Magazeen) users can't leave comments on articles when Magazeen theme is active. If I switch the theme on Acquia Slate for example, leave comments is possible, if I use Magazeen the comments fields suddenly disappear.
Comments' site settings are correct I think, because with other themes comments are correctly managed, can you help me?

Go to Content types and edit story. Find "Location of comment submission form:" and make sure "Display below post or comments" is selected.

wauw, been looking for this as well, you're a life-saver :)

EDIT: now it shows both the link to the comment form and the actual comment form below it, while it would be a lot cleaner if only the link to the comment form would be displayed !?

I guess at this is still open my comment would be why is there no link to add a new comment like other themes? at the moment magazeen is broken if you want to have your comment from on a separate page - no "add new comment" link is created in the node links
