Make BOTH group and role assignment possible on 1 subscription [#407162]

Now you have to choose EITHER a role OR a group to put a user into upon a subscription.

It would be very usefull if it was possible to make one subscription do both.

Rules is a great module, but setting multiple groups and/or roles is a no-brainer.
