I am wondering if I went to the right place to disable the source url? Or is there additional settings I need to turn off?

jcnventuraIt is the right place yes. You're probably seeing effects from some cache. Try using the system while you're logged in, as the cache is usually disabled at those times.

skyredwangI am logged in with admin account, and flushed caching many times. Also, I have turned off Source URL for a month, but it still prints.

jcnventuraThe only way I can think of why this could be happening is due to corrupted module settings. Try disabling the print module, then go to the Uninstall tab and uninstall the module to force it to delete all the module settings. Re-enable the module again, deactivate the Source URL and if it still shows, then your machine must be possessed, and to fix that usually requires different technical skills :)
