When I add a Panels page, then click on the + icon to add content to the little panels (I'm doing 50/50%), I click on New Custom Content. A white page shows with "disable rich-text".

I don't get the ability to enter in a title, body, etc.

I am getting the same type of error, but I get a completely blank page with no text whatsoever. All the other tabs seem to be working fine, except for the Content.

Sorry, but Panels for D5 will not see any further fixes, since Panels for D6 simply advanced too much and no one cares for D5.
