Try adding the Block Theme module v. 6.x-1.0-beta1 under http://drupal.org/project/blocktheme. It works!

I followed the steps EXACTLY as shown in the readme file and tutorial......Im using with lemontwist theme...Is it possible the original theme over rides? Is it dependant of where I put the info in the css?

The site is westcoastkidscamp.com if one wants to inspect the html.....

Im going crazy trying to figure this out, I appreciate the help...

Maybe lemontwist doesn't support blocktheme. I used litejazz but changed the css quite a bit. You can have a look at testpattern.de to compare what's coming out in Firebug.

I'm no expert but what helps is to relax and review everything carefully.

Another tip, when working with css clearing cache is highly recommended.
