apachebench 6.x-1.3

Fixed/Added:
1. Added option to specify ab utility path. This will be a great aid for windows-based Apaches.
2. Instant benchmarks as batch operation.
3. A way to flush of old cron-based banchmarking data.
4. Many internal improvements.

By this release, whole project and it's components were renamed to "apachebench". If you have older "ab" installation, your upgrade path will be next:
1. Physically remove "ab" module files and directory.
2. Install "apachebench" as usual.
3. Go update.php, choose update #6001 in apachebench select list (even if it not requires, just do it) and submit the form.
After theese steps, old data from "ab" will be saved in "apachebench" tables.
