Is there any News ticker (like bbc ) module for Drupal 6. What I have seen all (such as news ticker, views ticker) for Drupal 5.

There's no secret stash of modules-- whatever is available is listed in the modules pages. Check the module's issue queues for patches. For example, the views_ticker module has patch for d6 in the issue queue.

Alternatively you could just find a jquery plugin and add it manually.
