I downloaded the new CCk update, uploaded it to the modules folder, and extracted it, now the Admin menu is missing a lot of things:

Then a notification took me to the Drupal Database Update, where I saw how I should have done it... I clicked the link to the Site Maintenance, but it's not there... Neither is Site info, Performance, and a bunch of other stuff...

Nevermind, I ran the update (took a couple trys to connect for some reason...) but now it works

From time to time you need to update the menu cache.

Fortunatly, Drupal does it automatically when running update and to some extent the module page.
