Style of shoutbox changes when logged out.

Hi, Hoping for some help getting the style of the shoutbox to remain constant.
When logged in, it looks good and fits the page theme, But when logged out (and after a page refresh) it looses all its style.
Attached (if i got it right :D) is a picture, the left is when your logged in, the right, when your logged out.
as you can see it looks very nasty :s
Thanks for any help with this.

Shoutbox 6x 1.0 (also does the same with the latest dev release)

This is happening often now and every time I am admin it styles properly.

Exact same issue - but 4 minutes after my original post I saw a comment in another issue that led me to try turning off block caching. After I did that it seems to work fine. I tested on three different sites I am developing and that seems to fix it.
