I need help with putting this page back together. I can tell you what was on the site before but just want to get the right and left sidebars working properly again. Once that is fixed, the problem will be solved.

Right now the site is hosted on siteground and that is where I control the site from.

I would backup the theme files (in case you have changes you want to keep), remove the files from themes/amadou and then reinstall (unpack) a fresh copy of the theme.

Backing up and reinstalling is good advice. Also look at template.php - there are several functions where amadou does sidebar width calculations.
