Description
This issue is intended to be a wrapper for all the smaller issues related to #363319: Redesign module page . I wanted to separate this issue into small patches in order to avoid a massive and endless debates and kittens stuff.
#408090: Drupal.tooltip behavior
#408096: Drupal behavior tablesort
#408100: Drupal behavior tablefilter
#408106: Add modules.js to core
#408108: AJAX Request page callback for enabling modules (don't be mislead by the title)
#408114: Change the contents of the module table
