Currently, if i resize the browser smaller than the content, the layout brakes since the top bar gets smaller than rest of the page, is there a way to fix this?

Sorry, not yet, it's a govermental site so i cannot put it online anywhere before it's finished.. I'll try to find some div tag, do you think it's a problem with the top bar's tags or the sites? The problem is biggest when i have some picture in the content so it cannot be "re-arranged" like the text content, so the
top bar get smaller but anything below it wont(so browser gets a vertical scrollbar).

Actually, now a i rechecked, the top bar also stops shrinking at some points, just lot later than rest of the content.

I have the same issue in Wabi 6.x, but not in Wabi 5.x. I'll post a link to the site once it's updated Drupal 6 (in progress)
