page title for page n (?page=n in URL)

Description

Hi,

Since search engine dont like pages with the same title, it would be great if the title could be set based on the page number (?page=n in URL) too. For example, the title of node?page=1 could be "Title - page 2" or something like that.

This is available now if you upgrade to 2.1 or higher... Note, you also need Token 1.12 or higher.
