Adding Macedonian translation

Description
I have translated Drupal 4.7.0-beta1 into Macedonian language. I'm submiting the .po file. But when I import the translation, all Macedonian strigns are displayed as unrecognisible text. I translated the pot file with Kbabel, and encoding was UTF-8. Also during translation and importong of the po file in Drupal there is an error about plural expresion. Also when I create the story in Drupal, some letters in Macedonian are displayed as "?".
