Would it be possible and more importantly, be a sane default to have Ubercart look to node-product.tpl.php for ALL product classes if one such file exists yet no other more specific (ie. node-shoes.tpl.php) template file exists? Yes this would be possible in template.php, but this seemed like it might be a useful fallback for Ubercart itself to prevent users from needing to mass duplicate the tpl file for all product content types.
