I have no clue what you're talking about-- and I'm a web developer.

If you're seriously interested in finding a web developer, you should post a detailed list of what you want-- otherwise you'll be answering the same questions... over and over and over again.

If you don't KNOW what you want, you should be looking for someone to do some analysis and budgeting with you.
