What happened to the Drush 6.x releases?

I have versions of Drush 6.x that I downloaded a couple of weeks ago that are no longer shown here:
$ ll drush-6.x-*.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 marca users 31667 Mar 13 15:41 drush-6.x-1.2.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 marca users 33523 Mar 13 05:05 drush-6.x-2.x-dev.tar.gzJust wondering if they were taken down intentionally or if it's just a site hiccup?

Older versions had bugs especially in PM module so those have been intentionally unpublished. You can still get them from CVS if you wish.
All users are recomended to use HEAD drush and the version of drush_extras for your version of drupal. Both of those are still in wild flux for the next few weeks so please bear with us.

Ah ok, thanks for explaining.
Maybe that's also why there were a lot of differences between the 6.x releases I have? IIRC, one supports "drush script" and one doesn't and one has "sql cli" and the other doesn't (and unfortunately, I remember that neither of them had all the features, so I've been switching between them).
I love Drush and would like to help stabilize it if I can. Though I will be on vacation from March 23 to April 2.
