When creating a new forum topic that will go to an e-mail list: http://drupal.org/forum/1188

One must remember to manually set it to unpublished when intially creating /editing the post. Since this is very easy to forget, we should tweak the workflow liek with the Simplenews module so that all are created unpublished by default.
