Can't change URL of taxonomy term

Description
If you customized term URL once (term/2 -> your_word) you won't be able to change it in future.
In addition anytime when I try to change term description I see error message about too long menu item description. Term description automatically goes to menu item description.
Please fix these bugs.
I use Taxonomy context 5.x-1.0 with Taxonomy Title 5.x-1.2.
