Issue Summary
After activating the module, the admin theme (php template engine) disappears. Deactivating the module makes it appear again.

Yeah, happens with me too and Im searching for a solution!
Might make me ignore jlightbox and use lightbox itself

However, marking as duplicate of #628116: jlightbox breaks Admin module. Please search for existing issues before submitting a new one.
You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
