Do I still need to import the msyql file in the 6-1 version?

Description

The readme.txt says for step 2 "Import the browscap.mysql file into your MySQL database (or the
browscap.pgsql file into your PostgresSQL databse)."

However those files are only in head version and the install file creates the two tables that the mysql version does. Do I still need to follow 'step 2'? Either way it would be good to update the readme.txt file.

I have the same question for the 5.x version: no mysql files were in the download, and an install file is included.

I made a similar change http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=263820 wish I'd seen this first!
