Smiley not in DrupalFull toolbar

Issue Summary

Is it because you intended to remove the Smiley completely or is that simply missing?

You have a Smiley entry in the Drupal Filtered toolbar, but not in the Full version which I would think should also have it...

I would suggest this:

['Image','Flash','Table','Rule','Smiley','SpecialChar'],

with the addition of Smiley.

(for those who do not know, the file is found under fckeditor/fckeditor.config.js)
