I 'm reading instructions many times :
administer taxonomy_menu settings by going to administer >> settings >> taxonomy menu. (admin/settings/taxonomy_menu)
But my problems is that module is at last stable rlease and activated, but when I go here: admin/settings/taxonomy_menu
I get the same of this page: admin/settings/
It is normal? how I can solve my problem?

See the reame.txt for the latest instructions. The administration has move to the vocab edit screen.

In general, if you have trouble finding module settings, you can look at administration by module
/admin/by-module
