Anonymous user can't see the gallery

I'm using drupal 4.3.0 and have installed and configured the gallery module 4.1.0.
Everything seems to work well, but:

1) anonymous user can't see the gallery/album, an empty page is shown when they tries tio access the gallery, it seens to work only with registred users.

2) the module appears on installed module list, but the module name is not shown, only the desciprion and the checkbox for the module are shown.

3) the version 4.10 does not support drupal localization, even the gallery itself does not support other languages than english, but the newer version of gallery, avaiable at menalto.com supports other languages - but it is not avaible for Drupal.
