Issue Summary
Any way to setup a view that shows the users who have permissions given with this module to a certain node?

Can you please clarify? Do you just want a page to see which users have been given permissions with the User Permissions contrib module? Also, this module does not set node permissions (it does provide the normal permissions for creating, editing, and deleting content types).
