When will Drupal 7.0 be released?

It's not (yet) a burning question, but we are likely to start wondering more and more When will Drupal 7.0 be released?
I think that there is a potential benefit from using a "Prediction Market" to answer this question and created a market for this question on HubDub:
If you want to make a prediction on the market you'll need an account on HubDub at which point you get $1000 in "HubDub" money to make predictions.
As time goes on the market will likely change in price indicating the current feelings towards a release of Drupal 7.0. Major events are likely to include the string freeze, Drupal 7.0-Beta release, 7.0 Release Candidates, and upgrading Drupal.org itself to 7 (will it come before the release this time?).
